Cheat mode:
At the main menu, press Start on controller four. Then, highlight "Options",
click and hold the Left thumb-stick and push A button to bring up the cheat
menu with the following options:

50 Lives
Complete Crazy Deal
Dumb Enemies
Easy Alarm
God Mode
One Million

Lose the chasing cops:
If you cannot lose the cops, go to Rusty's scrap yard.
The cop will give up looking for you if you land or park.
