Cheesy FG Block:
To block field goals, wait until right after the ball is snapped (when it is between the center and holder) and press start. Now go back to the game and the snap will be fumbled.

Skip the coin toss:
Press L1, L2, R1, and R2 repeatedly when the loading screen is on. The opposing team will automatically win the toss and receive the ball.

"Great Games" Teams:
Go to user profiles and enter any of the following codes. You should hear 'It's in the game!" to confirm proper entry. Press Triangle to go back to the main screen. Choose "Exhibition" and you should see the new team.
