Cheats Enabled:
From the options screen press Esc to pull up the config menu. Now type the word Phonebook and press Esc again. When you're playing the game pressing 0 on the top number keys takes you to the next stage, pressing 3 gives you the bonus stages and holding Ctrl gives you a super jump.
