Rather than going through all four chambers, only gothrough the first one. Retrieve coolant, bring it back, and putit on the ground near Dr. Hamilton. Next, fly back into the labsthree more times, repeating this strategy. You can do the meltdownmuch faster this way.

To destroy helicopters, hit them twice with Heat Blast.
